Taming the Beasts: v0.82

A few things were left broken in v0.80+. One thing in particular still is, but there have been a few other fixes:

• Nix' core active has been reigned in, now removing penalties for being engaged instead of giving accuracy on barrages. It also received +2 sensors range.
• Lucky Girl's been nerfed to become a heat monster, dropping from 2d6 damage to 3d3+overkill.
• Dispersal Howitzer and Explosion have both had their self-damage reigned in.
