I found a balancing tool/reference sheet, and used it to better tune the EDF's statlines.
- Depth Crawler/Custom have been buffed considerably.
- Vegalta received a slight nerf, but received increased Sensors Range.
- Proteus SP nerfed by half. This may be reverted. Feel free to adjust, and tell me which SPs feel the most balanced.
