Integrating Emitters: Diversifying Weapons

In order to better differentiate certain cannons from each other, I'm importing the Emitter weapon type by BallisticM0use. The Plasma Great Cannon (which should be receiving a buff in v0.83) and Flame Revolver are receiving the Emitter weapon type in lieu of their original weapon types.
